Why is it we tend to like Wednesday, is it because we know we are halfway done with the week? I tend to view it as just another Monday only in the middle of the week. Anyways back to coffee. So I spent 20 great years in the United States Marine Corps and I am here to tell you I have had some really bad coffee. Not a whole lot of thought goes into a good coffee as in any case we as Marines will drink or eat anything anyways. My time spent in Iraq and Afghanistan brought the worst of it all but considering the circumstances you would think you just drank the best cup of coffee. Coffee brewed over open flames with a canteen cup with instant coffee from MRE's (Meals Ready to Eat). Those that have been there know what I'm talking about. But I guess experiencing this drives one to find a better tasting coffee and there are many out there. This is what drove us a NSC to create a great cup of coffee and by also taking the decision making process out of it by not making you choose whether you should have a light roast or dark roast today, French press or Mocha. Just one great cup of coffee, that's it period. Enjoy the day till tomorrow.
